Our Grassfed Organic Ghee is made from the milk of pastured cows, fed on fresh green grass in spring through fall. The one and only ingredient is milk, with absolutely nothing else added to it.

Whether it is to coagulate milk to make curd or to extract butter from buttermilk by churning curd. we have done it according to cultural it has its own ancient tradition. The same earthen pots… and the same fuel of wood and cow dung cakes.
This is the secret of our Gir A-2 Ghee, which has got the strength of its tradition.
Gir cow’s milk collected with great purity is heated on very low flame on the fire of cow dung cakes. Very unhurried Milk heated on low flame retains all its beneficial elements. Milk that has been heated completely after boiling is not frozen until it cools down completely. After cooling, the milk is stored in earthen utensils only.
The curd that is made after setting overnight is also unique in itself.
We have adopted the ancient tradition of human toil and sweat. Knowing the importance of hard work and heartfelt attachment, curd is churned by the hands of the caring and loving women in Gir Village with a happy heart from our ancient bilona method.
The process of churning is such that drop by drop of milk also collects all the nutrients in itself and accumulates on top. Butter is separated with great accuracy.
And lastly, A-2 ghee is made from the same desi butter, which is a unique feature of Gir Heritage. Butter is heated on a very low flame with great care in such a way that ghee separates gradually from the butter. Neither any chemicals are added to it nor any kind of preservatives. And ghee is ready with same taste..Same aroma and same nutritional value.
